Please send us an email with your phone number, so that we can add it to your shipping data. These informations will speed up the shipping process as the shipping agent can call you in case you are not present at your shipping address in the moment of delivery
Your order will be shipped out to your declared shipping address. It takes between 4h up to 60h for your order to be processed (to double check your package content, and to add your extra gifts). Usually it takes 1-2 day from the moment your order is placed and your payment is confirmed.
We generally ship your item with a trackable parcel by UPS, EMS, DHL, USPS, FeDex as it's safer (with tracking number) and faster for your parcel to reach you. So that you can track your order online. You can choose to ship your order using EMS, as shipping fees are cheaper, a tracking number for your package also available, but shipment may take long time.
Depending on our stock availability, your item may be shipped from:

- Our master supplier in Japan
It depends on where is your shipping address but it takes basically from 2 to 8 business days for your order to get into your address:
- USA: from 3 to 4 business days.
- Canada: from 2 to 3 business days
- Australia: from 1 to 2 business days.
- Western Europe: from 2 to 3 business days.
- Eastern Europe: from 2 to 3 business days.
- South America: from 4 to 5 business days.
- Middle East: from 1 to 2 business days.
We propose an insurance for your package, against stolen or broken items. Insurance is optional although highly recommended. Without insurance, you will be fully responsible for your package during its shipping way

- Wrong item received
If you are not completely satisfied with your item purchase in the first 14 days of the delivery date, please return the item to us and we will issue a full refund towards the original form payment. Items must be return with original packaging materials, sales receipt or packing list, warrantee/registration cards and instruction manuals. We will not accept new products for return. With all returns shipping/handling is to be paid by the customer and is nonrefundable.
Refunds will be applied back to the customers bank account purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, refunds will be issued by check. Please include your sales receipt or packing slip. Please send all returns via an insured and/or traceable carrier.
